How it works
After registration approval, members are free to use all of the services. Boxes will already be made available for all members to choose from. When you find the box(es) that suits you best, you may participate in the box by clicking “Join” and choosing the appropriate available date to receive your hand. It is important to note that new members to the platform will not be eligible to receive the first, second, and third hands even though the dates of those hands may still be available at the time of them joining the box.
Money is shared between all members who have joined a box. Within a box, every member contributes the same amount in installments (Throw) over the lifetime of the box and every member of a box receives the same amount (Hand) but at different intervals. All Throw contributions are made online via your bank’s online platform, from your personal bank account. All box payments (Hand) will also be made online via your bank’s online platform to the designated recipient’s personal bank account.
Birthday Boxes are tailored to help each member secure the financial freedom we sometimes lack when our special day comes around. This box pays out monthly just before each participating member’s birthday. You’ll never have a bad birthday again. Birthday boxes are limited to 12 members, 12 subscriptions and 12 payouts, 1 per month.
Public Boxes will operate like the “Traditional Partner Hands” and are tailored to members that want to contribute savings on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis. Hand payments are also paid out on a weekly/bi-weekly basis ensuring that participating members receive payments faster and more frequently throughout the lifetime of the box.
Private Boxes will operate like Public Boxes with weekly/bi-weekly payouts and subscriptions. However a member may request this box for his/her own private group of friends, family, or colleagues. The member must send an email request to O.I.C to have their box generated. The email must include the four (4) key characteristics of that Box: (1) the Throw amount to be contributed by each member who joins the Box; (2) how long the box will go on (it’s life-time) based on how many members and hands there are in the box (one hand per member); (3) the intervals of payments into the box and hands out of the Box (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly); and (4) the date when the box will start.
Investment Boxes are unique opportunities for individuals to invest monthly and earn significant returns on their contributions. With returns ranging from 10%- 30% paid between a 6,9 or 12 month cycle, this flexible investment platform allows participants to grow their wealth over time with manageable monthly contributions.The Investment Box is designed to offer transparncy, regular updates and a hands-on approach to investing, empowering investors to track and understand the growth of their funds.
